LOCTITE Fixmaster Epoxy : Another option for Belzona Protective Coatings




Loctite ® Fixmaster ® Steel Putty  99913, 99914, 99912  is a non-slumping, two-part, steel-filled putty. Ideally suited for rebuilding steel surfaces. Can be machined when cured. Sets in 30 minutes.

One can replace the Belzona 1111 , Devcon 10110  with Loctite Steel Putty . Please take note that the compressive strength of Loctite Steel Putty (  11,100 psi ) is higher than Devcon 10110.









Loctite ® Fixmaster ® Stainless Steel Putty 97443 , similar to Loctite ® Fixmaster ® Steel Putty, but stainless steel filled to better match the coefficient of thermal expansion of stainless steel. Sets in 20 minutes.

Loctite Stainless Steel Putty may be used to replace Devcon 10270 Stainless Steel Putty.







Loctite® Fixmaster® Wear Resistant Putty 98742 , 98743 , ceramic fibers give this trowelable putty excellent wear and abrasion resistant properties under typical dry service temperatures of –29° to +107°C (–20° to +225°F). Provides smooth, low friction finish for equipment exposed to wear, erosion, and cavitation.







Loctite® Fixmaster® Aluminum Putty  97463 is similar to Loctite Fixmaster Steel Putty, but aluminum filled to better match the coefficient of thermal expansion of aluminum. Sets in 20 minutes.
Loctite Aluminium Putty may be used to replace Devcon Aluminium Putty 10610.







Loctite ® Fixmaster ® Superior Metal  97473  is a non-rusting, ferro-silicone-filled epoxy. Extremely high compressive strength and wear resistance. Ideal for rebuilding worn surfaces exposed to harsh environments. Can be machined, drilled and tapped in 6 to 8 hours. For final finish cuts, let the product cure for 24 hrs. and use carbide tooling. Spreadable putty. Sets in 20 minutes.







LOCTITE® Fixmaster® Fast Set Steel Putty 39917  -- A  fast curing, steel reinforced, two-part epoxy designed for making fast and curable repairs to a variety of metals. This product is typically used in applications with an operating range of -29 °C to +93 °C. Typical applications include fuel and gas tank holes, stripped threads, cracked battery cases, leaking storage tanks, and leaks on pipes and elbows.
